What we collect
- The details you give at signup: name, email, business, trade, licence number and phone.
- What you and your team type, say or upload in your workspace.
- Basic records needed to run the service, such as sign-in times and payment status.
How your workspace learns
- What the owner types or says to the assistant (including by voice) is used so the workspace can learn how you like things done. Text from your emails is never used for learning.
- Lessons stay inside that workspace. They are not shared with other customers' workspaces.
- The workspace owner approves each lesson before it takes effect.
- Approved lessons expire after 90 days unless the owner confirms them again.
- When you tell the assistant that several names belong to the same person, or give someone's email, and you approve that lesson, it is saved to your workspace's contacts.
Connected email
If you connect Gmail, the assistant reads your mail to answer your questions, and drafts or sends emails only when you tell it to. You can disconnect at any time on the Connect page.
Calls and texts
When the assistant answers calls and texts for your business, it keeps a record of them in your workspace so you can see what was said. It says it is an AI assistant on every call and honours STOP and other opt-out replies.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us. We keep a record of what was paid and when.
Who can see your information
You and the members you add to your workspace. Service providers that run the platform (hosting, email, payments and AI models) process it only to provide the service.
Deleting your information
To ask us to delete what your workspace has learned, or your other information, email quasilifeai@gmail.com from the address you signed up with. We can remove a workspace's learning history on request without closing the workspace.
Connected accounts: you can disconnect Gmail, YouTube or a Facebook Page at any time on the Connect page (/connect); disconnecting deletes the stored connection for that workspace. To have everything we hold from a connected Facebook or Google account deleted, email us from the address you signed up with.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new version date, and workspace owners will be told the next time they open their workspace.
