What this is

These terms cover your use of a Quasi AI workspace (quasiglobal.com): an AI assistant set up for you or your business. By checking the box at signup, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or older to sign up.

Beta

Quasi is in beta. Features may change, and some may be paused for a while as we improve them.

Your workspace

  • Your workspace is yours. Your workspace is designed so other customers can't see into it, and you cannot see into theirs.
  • You are responsible for what you ask it to do, and for checking its work before relying on it.
  • Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has used them.

How your workspace learns

Your workspace learns from what the owner types or says to it, so it can get better at helping you. Nothing it learns takes effect until the workspace owner approves it, and approved lessons expire after 90 days unless confirmed again. The Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.

Calls and texts

The assistant can answer calls and texts for your business. It says it is an AI assistant on every call, it texts people only in the ways you set it up to, and it honours STOP and other opt-out replies in English, Spanish and Korean.

AI output

The assistant can make mistakes. It is not a lawyer, accountant, doctor or licensed advisor, and its answers are not professional advice. Check anything important before acting on it.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the workspace for anything unlawful, deceptive or harassing.
  • Do not use it to discriminate against anyone, including in housing, lending or hiring.
  • Do not try to reach another customer's workspace or data.

We may pause a workspace that is used in these ways.

Payment, renewal and cancelling

  • Payments are handled by Stripe. The price, what is charged today, and the date of any monthly charge are shown before you pay.
  • Beta prices: Commander is $99 to start and $99 a month; Executive is $249 to start and $149 a month.
  • If you add the monthly service, the first monthly charge is 30 days after signup, and it then renews every month until you cancel.
  • Cancel any time from the link in your receipt or by emailing quasilifeai@gmail.com. Cancelling stops future charges.
  • The setup fee covers building your workspace and is not refundable once your workspace is live.

Liability and law

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new version date, and workspace owners will be told the next time they open their workspace.
